Hire a Carer by indicating the type of the care needed, details of the appointment and when you need us to get back to you.
We will match you to suitable Carers. For repeat users, this will be with the same Carer who gets along well with your elderly family member, where possible.
Receive appointment updates in real-time and contact the Carer if need be.
Rate the Carer after the session to help us improve our service.
Pay only when you use the service, at the end of the session. Additional surcharge applies for emergency requests as well as appointments on the weekends, public holidays and after normal operating hours i.e. 8pm-8am.
You can purchase in-app credits via cash, cheque or bank transfer, to pay for future appointments. Alternatively, we will auto-deduct the service fee from your credit card, after each session. Contact us for more information.
